06263M – We have an exciting Permanent role for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Northern Montana! Here, you'll be serving patients in a rural environment alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals. Location: Northern Montana

Job Type: W2, Permanent Position

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience, please inquire

Schedule:

• 40 hr/week schedule – various shift options
• No Call

Facility Information:

• Outpatient, Primary Care Clinic with some Urgent Care Acuity walk-in patients
• Volume: 10-12 patients per day
• Staffing Mix: 2 full time providers, 1 Physical Therapist, 2 Behavioral Health Providers, 3 Dentists, 2 Dental Hygienists

Position Requirements:

• Montana State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license required (or willingness to obtain)
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Active DEA registration
• Primary Care & Family Medicine experience
• Rural Health experience preferred
• Community Health experience preferred
• Must be comfortable seeing urgent care-level walk-in patients
• Must be able and comfortable working independently and in a rural environment
