• Board Certified
• Active CO license or IMLC LOQ IN HAND 
• Start Oct 1
• Setting: Inpatient, ER, Call
• 3-4 weeks per month 
• Procedures required 
• Level III Trauma
• ERCP Required
• EMR EPIC
