• In-house 24hr shifts -- 3 - 6 shifts per month per provider
• Inpatient call coverage -- rounding on assigned patients
• Approx 200 deliveries per month -- cesarean rate approx 30%
• OB ED sees approx 10 patients per day
• Hospital setting
