About the Position

Join a growing primary care team providing high-quality care to nursing home patients across New York. We're seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Physicians who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of geriatric patients in a collaborative care environment.

💰 Compensation

• Salary: $200,000–$240,000

🩺 Position Highlights

• Provide primary care services for nursing home patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Counsel patients on preventive care, lifestyle, and dietary modifications
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

✅ Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care/Hospice
• Completion of an accredited U.S. residency (or 5-year pathway)
• Active New York Medical License
• DEA (or eligible to obtain during credentialing)
• Experience in primary care or clinical practice preferred
• Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply
