About the Position

🏥 Practice Setting: Labor & Delivery / Outpatient Clinic

⏰ Schedule & Coverage

🗓️ Coverage for 2 weeks per month
📅 Typically 2–3 consecutive days (likely Monday–Wednesday)
🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🚫 Call: No routine call (PRN only if needed)

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

✔️ Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care
✔️ Perform routine gynecologic procedures
✔️ Manage preventive care and women's health visits
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of patient care 🤝

🔧 Procedures & Scope of Practice

Perform minor office-based procedures, including:

• PAP smears
• Endometrial biopsies (EMB)
• Colposcopy (or referral if needed)
• Pessary maintenance
• Preventive care and vaccinations 💉

📊 Practice Details

👥 Patient Volume: Approximately 20–25 patients per day
👩‍⚕️ Patient Population: Adolescents & Adults
🏥 Clinic is equipped with a colposcope, with referral support available if needed
🌸 Primary focus on routine gynecologic care, preventive services, and women's health

✅ Requirements

✔️ Active Pennsylvania Medical License (Required – IMLC Accepted)
✔️ BLS Certification required
✔️ DEA required
✔️ Previous Epic EMR experience required
