• Licensure/Certs: Active Michigan RN license, NRP certification, Neonatal ICU experience required
• Experience: Minimum of Neonatal ICU experience; new grads not accepted

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver specialized neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU setting
• Attend delivery rooms and perform neonatal resuscitation
• Assist with procedures such as PICC line and umbilical line placements
• Perform neonatal assessments and procedures including chest tube placement and needle aspirations
• Work under supervision of a supervising physician
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide care for neonatal patients with diverse needs within the intensive care unit

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan RN license (or license in a participating state)
• Neonatal experience (pediatric intensive care experience preferred)
• Current NRP certification
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must not work autonomously; supervision required during the assignment
