• OP neurology clinic -- 8 am - 4 pm hours
• Part-time to start, progressing to full time
• In-person and telehealth mixed schedule
• Flexible schedule -- details discussed at interview
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Patients seen for Parkinson's and dementia
• New concept clinic with integrated telehealth
