The facility operates as a combined occupational medicine and urgent care clinic, providing both scheduled and walk-in services across on-site locations. The clinic is equipped to deliver workplace health services alongside urgent care treatment in an outpatient setting. Established clinical protocols support the efficient delivery of care across both service lines.

Santa Fe offers a range of cultural and recreational attractions suited to varied interests, including walking tours along Canyon Road, access to art galleries, cooking classes, and Native American cultural events. Visitors may explore museums and historic sites through the New Mexico Culture Pass, which provides access to 15 locations across the state. The area also serves as a base for day trips to nearby destinations, extending the range of activities available to those on assignment.

Clinicians will provide occupational medicine and urgent care services during day shifts at on-site clinic locations, managing 20-25 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities consist of approximately 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care, encompassing the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and acute conditions.
