• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm -- no call, no weekends
• 14 patients per day
• VA outpatient setting
• Team-based care -- nurses, pharmacists, and social workers on staff
• Adults only -- complex chronic and behavioral health conditions
• Outpatient internal medicine -- no procedures required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
