• 7 on / 7 off schedule -- day rounding and swing admitting shifts
• Day shift: 7 am - 5 pm -- swing shift: 2 pm - 12 am
• 16 - 18 patients per day -- 6 - 8 admits per swing shift
• Hospital setting
• No procedures required -- open ICU
• ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
