• Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
  

• Provide outpatient Hematology & Oncology care in a clinic setting, managing an established patient panel of solid tumor oncology, benign hematology, and malignant hematology cases.
  
• Deliver inpatient consultative services, managing hospital-based consults and supporting the hospitalist team.
  
• Participate in call rotation (1:2), including weeknight telephone call (4:15 PM – 8:00 AM) and weekend 24-hour call coverage with 2 hours gratis rounding.
  
• Collaborate with 3 APPs, 1.3 Hem/Onc physicians, and onsite pharmacist, and participate in disease-specific and general tumor boards.
  
• Oversee infusion and treatment services through the onsite 14-chair infusion center supported by oncology-certified nursing staff.
