Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation of $180,000–$320,000 annually, based on experience and training, including base salary and productivity incentives

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise electronic health record system
- Multilingual skills or cultural competency with the diverse communities of eastern Brooklyn (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other commonly spoken languages)
- Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination
- Desire to teach and participate in graduate medical education
