Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation of $180,000–$320,000 annually, based on experience and training, including base salary and productivity incentives

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
  • Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise electronic health record system
  • Multilingual skills or cultural competency with the diverse communities of eastern Brooklyn (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other commonly spoken languages)
  • Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination
  • Desire to teach and participate in graduate medical education
