🩺 Specialty: Anesthesiology

📍 Location: MyMichigan Medical Center Midland, 4000 Wellness Dr, Midland, MI; Riecker Surgery Center, 4400 Wellness Dr, Midland, MI

📅 Schedule/Dates: Orientation 7/31; Aug 3, 4, 7, 13; Sept 8–11, 17–18; Oct–Dec TBD. Weekday start 6:30am; average 12-hour MDA shifts based on OR volume. On-site call 6:30pm–6:30am.

💰 Rates: Hourly $415; OT/Call Back $515; Pager $625

🏥 Cases/Procedures: Full-scope anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures; thoracic, neuro, cardio, trauma, peds, OB, and NORA. Covers IP/OP surgeries; 20% inpatient / 80% outpatient. Physician direction model; 3 rooms, max 4 at one time.

💻 EMR/Dictation: EPIC / Dragon

✅ Requirements: U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent; BC/BE in Anesthesiology; ACGME-approved residency; MI license/eligible plus Controlled Substance License; PALS & ACLS through AHA

📋 Case Logs: Must show current competence with 100+ hospital anesthesiology cases within the last 12 months, aligned with requested privileges

🪪 License: MI license preferred; will consider IMLC or candidates waiting for licensure

👥 APPs/Practice Model: CRNAs in care team model; supervising CRNAs required
