• Day and night shifts -- 8 - 10 shifts per month
• Day shifts: 6 am - 4 pm, 7 am - 6 pm, or 11 am - 11 pm
• Night shifts: 4 pm - 3 am or 6 pm - 6 am
• 20 - 25 patients per shift
• Emergency department -- approx. 40,000 annual volume
• Usual EM procedures -- central lines and intubations required
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
