• 24-hour call coverage with rounding
• 1 - 2 surgeries per day or no surgeries
• Hospital-based urology coverage
• General adult urology required -- robotics a plus, not required
• Ongoing coverage potential as additional dates are approved
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
