About the Position

Our client in Kansas is seeking an experienced Cardiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment, beginning Nov 20, 2026. This inpatient role involves rounding and consults Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, complemented by comprehensive weeknight and weekend 24-hour call responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage inpatient General Cardiology cases.
• Provide hospital service rounding, consults, and scheduled procedures.
• Respond to calls via phone within 5-10 minutes and in person within 30 minutes for emergencies.
• Cover hospital General Cardiology during weekends and holidays as needed.
• Perform TEE and Cardioversion procedures.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Cardiology is required.
• Experience with Epic EMR system.
