About the Position

All Star Healthcare Solutions is contracted with a facility in Washington seeking a physician for Urology locums coverage.

• BC or BE
• Active WA license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• 24 hour call
• Candidates must be able to cover about 80% of the dates detailed (3-4 weeks) and must detail the specific dates the provider can cover through Feb 2026 – [REQUIRED] 
• Candidates must detail the specific blackout dates – [REQUIRED] 
• Candidates must list the # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the site – [REQUIRED] 
• Dates of coverage:
  • 8/2428
  • 8/31-9/4
  • 9/7-11
  • 9/14-18
  • 9/21-25
  • 10/12-16
  • 10/19-23
  • 10/26-30
  • 11/23-27
  • Ongoing availability. 
• Call schedule is released about one month before. Must be able to work weekend call either before or after. For a new provider call would start weekend after their first week to get acclimated.
