This 665-bed quaternary-care teaching hospital serves patients throughout New Jersey and maintains a premier heart transplant center within its clinical infrastructure. The facility supports a broad range of inpatient medical and specialty services, providing a structured environment for consultation liaison psychiatric care delivery. Established multidisciplinary teams and clinical protocols support continuity of care across the inpatient setting.

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient consultation liaison psychiatric services for adult patients with complex medical conditions, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include delivering expert psychiatric care to patients on medical and specialty inpatient services. The consultation liaison psychiatrist will communicate and collaborate with medical and surgical colleagues to support integrated patient care. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
