The facility is a regional medical center located in Alexandria, Louisiana, serving as a healthcare resource for the Central Louisiana region. The institution provides inpatient clinical services and maintains the infrastructure necessary to support remote women's imaging interpretation via telehealth. Established protocols are in place to facilitate efficient diagnostic workflow and quality patient care delivery.

Alexandria, located in the heart of Central Louisiana, serves as the parish seat of Rapides Parish and functions as a commercial, retail, educational, and healthcare center for the region. The area offers a range of cultural and recreational attractions, including the Alexandria Museum of Art, the Louisiana History Museum, the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center, the Alexandria Zoological Park, and Gone Wild Safari. Alexandria International Airport (AEX), situated northwest of the city, provides convenient air transportation access to the region.

The clinician will provide 100% remote women's imaging interpretation services via telehealth during day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Daily responsibilities include interpreting screening mammography, diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI studies, with a caseload of 50-60 studies per shift. Clinical documentation and reporting are completed utilizing the Mosaic dictation system within the RPCE tech stack.
