• Specialty Back-up/Support Staff: Anesthesiologist or CRNA coordinator of the day & Medical Director MD will be there for intubation.
• Case Mix: Head Spine
• % of Practice: 25% General, 25% Complex Vascular, 25% Neuro & 25% Complex Orthopedic
• Required Procedures/Duties:
      - General Anesthesia: Adult & Pediatric
      - Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (Head & Spine)
      - Prepare for anesthesia cart
• Beds in the Dept: 28 ORs
• Total No. of Beds: 600
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
      - Anesth will supervise CRNA during cases
      - 2 facilities; 15 mins. away from each other
      - No week on/week off or piecemeal schedules.
      - IP hrs scheduled for surgical procedures; high volume/high acuity & fast paced environment; more on procedures.

Requirements:
• WA License or willing to obtain
• BC
• PALS, ACLS
• WA DEA
• Top-tier trauma experience (required)
