• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population (newborns to geriatrics) in a community health center setting.
  
• Manage acute walk-in visits and chronic disease management, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
  
• Perform basic outpatient procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MAs, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician) to coordinate patient care.
  
• Utilize EPIC EHR for accurate documentation, ordering, and patient management.
