• Mon - Fri, 7:30 am - 4 pm; 1 weekend/month phone call only
• Night and weekend call is phone only -- no onsite return required
• 20 - 25 patients per day
• Adult hematology/oncology patients
• Hospital privileges required
• No procedures required
