• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm with call
• 3 - 4 new consults and 5 - 6 EEG reads per day
• 25 EMG reads per week
• Hospital privileges required
• Services include hospital consults, follow-ups, EEG, and EMG/NCV
