This hospital is seeking locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage to address current staffing needs within its Anesthesia Department. The facility supports an active surgical program that includes cardiac, thoracic, and structural heart cases within its operating room program. Established perioperative protocols are maintained to support quality patient care delivery.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts, 24-hour shifts, and call coverage at an operating room facility in Alabama. The surgical case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, EP, structural heart, and CT surgery procedures; transplant cases are excluded from this assignment. Proficiency with EP and structural heart procedural skills is required, and TEE certification is a condition of this assignment. Call ratio varies based on scheduling needs.
