• Weekly rotations -- Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 7 am
• 20-minute call response time required
• ~6 phone consults and ~2 patients seen per 24-hour call period
• ~25% callback rate with variable patient volume
• Hip and hand procedures required -- tendon release/repair required
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement not required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
