• Call only coverage -- 30-minute response time required
• Avg call volume: 3 phone consults, 5 patients seen, 2 admissions per 24hr
• In-house call with a call ratio of 5
• Adult patients only -- pediatric and neonatal not required
• Laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy required
• GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, hernia repair required
• Holiday coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
