• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 patient-facing hours
• Rotating weekend shifts every 4th weekend; Saturday - Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm
• Weekend workers schedule only two 12-hour shifts during the weekday that week
• Must treat all ages in a full-scope outpatient setting
• Patient census of 20 - 24 patients per shift
• Onsite lab, X-ray, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists available
• Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation
• Board-certified Family Practice physician required; DEA required; no visa sponsorship
