• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 patient-facing hours
• Rotating weekend shifts approximately every 4th weekend; Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 3 pm
• Weekend workers adjusted to two 12-hour weekday shifts that week
• Must treat all ages; panel of 20 - 24 patients per shift
• Spanish-speaking ability required
• Onsite lab, X-ray, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists available
• Hospital-employed position in North Carolina
• Board-certified Family Practice physician required; no visa sponsorship
