• 8 am - 5 pm -- last patient at 4 pm, no call
• 15 - 18 patients per day
• Inpatient rounding in the morning -- outpatient remainder of the day
• NP support available for inpatient rounding
• Signing off on NP/PA orders while covering
• No procedures required -- adult patients
• Vacation coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
