• Location: Lakewood, New Jersey
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,020 - $5,290
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Length: 16 Hour Days
• Case Mix: GU and GI cases; adults only
• Clinical Environment: Supervision and independent cases; 1:3 or 1:4 staffing model
• Call Requirement: No call
• Overtime: Rare
• Charting: Paper charting with iPro
• Privileging Timeline: Approximately 30 days

CRNA Job Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
• Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Ability to work scheduled shift times consistently
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

CRNA Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments for adult patients
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent before procedures
• Discuss anesthetic options and associated risks with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition throughout the procedure
• Provide clinical intervention as needed to support patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure efficient room flow and quality patient care
