Job Requirements

  • Active CRNA certification
  • At least 1 year of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist experience required
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia training program
  • Current Virginia state licensure, or ability to obtain licensure
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to safe, high-quality anesthesia care

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anesthesia care in a hospital setting
  • Support a broad mix of straightforward cases and grow into more complex cases as appropriate
  • Participate in optional call coverage when scheduled
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff
  • Maintain excellence in patient care, safety, and professional standards
  • Deliver efficient, safe, and compassionate care throughout the perioperative process
