Schedule
Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care and occupational health coverage in a corporate health clinic setting.

Clinical Scope

• Primary care, acute episodic care, and wellness
• Occupational health and workers compensation, including injury evaluation, return to work determinations, drug testing, and fit for duty exams
• Dispensing clinic setting noted

Patient Volume and Ages

• Ages 2 and older
• Typical volume noted around 2 to 3 patients per hour

Site Details

• Provider works solo as scheduled
• EMR: Athena, with paid training noted
• DOT certification preferred

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida license
• Occupational health and workers compensation experience required
• DEA required, and some locations may dispense as documented by the site
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
