• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• 16 - 20 patients per day
• Outpatient adult medicine primary care setting
• Medicare and geriatric patient panel
• Hospital privileges required
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• NP only -- no PAs considered
• Board certification required
