Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice

• Mon - Fri with evening and weekend rotation -- open to 5x8s or 4x10s
• 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm; Saturdays 8 am - 1 pm
• 2 - 4 patients per hour; walk-ins and last-minute appointments expected
• All-ages patient population -- pediatrics through geriatrics, excluding infants
• Primary care only -- mental health and psych visits excluded from schedule
• Skills required: wellness exams, chronic conditions, women's health, IUDs
• Anxiety and ADHD medication management required
• Minimum 2 years NP experience required -- independent practice ability needed
