• Hybrid schedule mixing days, nights, and swing shifts for variety and balance
• Approximately 6 nights per month from 7 pm - 7 am
• Day shifts run 7 am - 7 pm; swing shifts run 2 pm - 10 pm
• Approximately 163 total annual shifts with manageable patient census
• APP support on nights and swing shifts; no procedures required
• Hospital-employed position at a comprehensive, accredited healthcare facility
