• Clinic: 8 am - 5 pm with 24-hour call coverage
• 7 - 10 days of clinic plus OB and peds/newborn call
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting
• 300 annual deliveries split among 3 providers
• C-sections and newborn/peds call required
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
