Position: Associate Medical Director – Behavioral Health
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Hybrid
Salary: $225,000–$300,000

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health services
• Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians
• Develop evidence-based behavioral health programs and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Manage complex psychiatric cases through telehealth, home-based, and facility-based care
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support behavioral health integration

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience treating adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions
• Experience with integrated behavioral health, telehealth, or geriatric psychiatry is a plus
• Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure
