About the Position

• Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Schedule: 5, eight hour shifts, daytime hours

There will be full time clinic coverage. The assignment is ongoing. The provider needs to have an active Idaho license and have a clean background to be considered.

• Dates needed: September and Ongoing
• Assignment Type: Outpatient Family Medicine coverage, must see all ages
• Shift Type: Outpatient 
• Patient Census: 15-20
