About the Position

Position Overview $235 / hour

A leading South Carolina health system is seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum opportunity in a modern acute care hospital.

This assignment offers a predictable full-time schedule with a unique 24/8/8 weekly rotation consisting of one fully paid 24-hour in-house shift plus two 8-hour daytime shifts. There is no pager call or home call requirement, allowing providers to remain on-site throughout the scheduled 24-hour coverage.

You'll join an experienced anesthesia team supporting approximately 30 adult surgical cases daily in a collaborative care model.

Compensation: $235/hour

Pay Ranking: Approximately Top 20–25% of current locum CRNA opportunities in the Southeast.

• 13-week assignment with extension potential

• Weekly schedule consists of:
  • One 24-hour in-house shift
  • Two 8-hour day shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No home call
• 24-hour shifts are worked in-house and paid hourly

• Deliver safe anesthesia care for adult surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations
• Administer and monitor general anesthesia
• Manage obstetrical anesthesia cases
• Provide airway and ventilation management
• Manage acute blood pressure and volume issues
• Deliver postoperative anesthesia care
• Document care in Epic
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative personnel
• Participate in rotating in-house 24-hour coverage

Required

• NBCRNA Certified
• Active South Carolina CRNA License
• Minimum 2 years of independent CRNA experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• Epic experience
• General adult anesthesia
