About the Position

A community hospital in coastal Maine is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy outpatient clinic. This opportunity offers an established patient panel, strong compensation, and excellent work-life balance.

Highlights

• 4-day work week option
• No call
• 20-25 patients per day
• RVU production incentives
• Optional ED moonlighting opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

• $300,000 base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $35,000 housing allowance
• 4-6 weeks PTO
• 1 week CME + $5,000 allowance
• 5 sick days
• Malpractice coverage
