• Provide 24-hour inhouse Obstetric and Gynecologic hospitalist coverage.
  
• Manage labor and delivery, including performing deliveries and cesarean sections.
  
• Provide coverage for paternity and maternity leave periods.
  
• Perform gynecologic consultations and emergency procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
