• Day shift hospitalist coverage
• Census: 8 - 13 patients per day with 1 - 2 admits
• Dedicated admitter on staff -- hospitalist handles discharges only
• Responsible for rapid response codes and occasional code blues
• No procedures required -- procedural skills preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
