• 36 patient care hrs/week + 4 admin hrs -- four 10 hr days
• 20 patients per day
• Inpatient & outpatient -- 95% outpatient
• Adult patients only
• No procedures required
• Call schedule: 1:4 -- every 4th day and 4th weekend
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
