• Monday - Friday, 7 am - 6 pm (closed 12 pm - 1 pm daily)
• 19 patients daily
• All ages seen
• Community outreach experience required
• 2+ years of experience in primary care required
• Comfortable working with underserved patient populations
• Hospital privileges required
