• M - F, 8 am - 5 pm -- clinic and OR
• Call Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 5 pm - 8 am
• 15 - 20 patients per day in clinic
• 7 - 8 surgeries per week
• General adult and basic peds -- tubes, tonsils, and adenoids
• OR procedures include septoplasty, sinus surgery, and thyroidectomy
• Clinic procedures include biopsies and cauterization for epistaxis
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
