• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Average 5 - 7 patients per day; up to 12 when coverage is needed
• Adult inpatient psychiatry -- ages 18 and up
• H&Ps handled by hospitalists -- no H&P responsibility
• Inpatient hospital consults also required
• Workload shared across 4 providers
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
