• Ongoing coverage -- scheduled clinical hours plus call
• 25 patients per shift
• Both outpatient and inpatient practice settings required
• Beeper call -- 30-min response; avg 5 - 15 patients per call period
• Arthroscopy required
• Total joint replacement -- hip and knee required
• Fellowship required
