• Beeper call -- 30-minute response time required
• Call ratio: 1:3 with 25% callback rate
• Average 7 patients per shift
• Inpatient practice setting -- both inpatient and outpatient rounding
• Admissions required
• Non-invasive ventilation, intubation, UVC, UAC, chest tube required
• Circumcision and needle pneumothorax decompression required
