• 10 hr shifts -- 7 am - 5 pm onsite, 5 pm - 7 am on call
• Up to 15 patients per day across two facilities
• ICU coverage across two hospital sites -- 30 mins apart
• eICU support available 24 hours at both facilities
• APP support available daily at one facility
• Holiday coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
