• Night shift -- 5 pm - 7 am (14-hour shifts)
• Coverage needed 5 - 10 days per month
• Average 6.5 patients per shift
• Inpatient pediatric unit with on-site pediatric ED
• APP to accept, admit, and cross-cover floor and Hospital at Home
• Virtual ED consults provided to regional sites
• Code Blue and PRRT team participation required
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
